Hong Kong day 2 - Victoria Peak
Hongkong day 2
We woke up ard 10am and headed to Yung Kee for brunch! As usual, it was another busy day in Hongkong, streets packed with working people, taxis and alot of taxis. Sasa was everywhere in Hongkong. Seems like every street picture I took, there was bound to be a Sasa signboard in it.
Yung Kee is located in Central Hongkong and it is famous for its roast goose. Good thing we didnt have to wait for a table, prolly because we went on a weekday so there wasnt many people.
Took a lift to the second floor of the restaurant. Oh and I love the outfit I wore that day! Cream knit wear with black embellished collar, and a pair of maroon leather pants I bought from Hnm (:
OOTD
Yung kee got the best service I reckon. The waiters and waitresses were really polite and respectful. By day 2 we had already experienced the rude customer service in other places so in comparison, Yung kee's customer service was really impeccable. We were seated comfortably, chinese tea came right away and we didnt wait long for the highly anticipated Roast goose to be served (:
Juicy, tender and incredibly sinful but it was all worth it.
Roast Pigeon not as good as Roast goose but still good! The skin was crispy but eating a pigeon feels abit funny cause I subconsciously think of the grey neighbourhood pigeons in Singapore whenever I think about pigeons. Okay I used the word pigeons too many times. Pigeons.
Wah this century egg, IMBA
I was in century egg heaven for a few seconds.
THAT , GOOD.
After a very satisfying but fatty brunch, we begin to walk
to the peak tram station to take a tram to go to the peak, lol sounds like a tongue twister.
Peak tram to take tram to the peak to the tram to the peak.
Bus too big for the road.
A damn nice picture taken by a passerby who clearly knows his angle!
In the tram and ready to go!
Awesome city view but too bad it was foggy ):
First station was the Madam Tussaud (Wax Museum) at Victoria peak (:
Warning, highly retarded pictures ahead.
Met our best friend Andy Lau there, looking abit waxed. LOL #imquitefunny
Oh hail Hitler!
I dont know this guy, but he looks like a loving grandpa hah
